The Golden Eagle Mart (formerly known as The Closet) is a place that Central Regional offers which provides day-to-day essentials to students in need. From clothes, food, to even loose paper, the Golden Eagle Mart makes sure to cover a wide array of products and resources for their students.
Regarding the Name Change
Despite The Closet’s name change, it’s clear that the operation still makes an effort in fulfilling its goals of ensuring that every student possesses the items they need.
How to Access it:
Students can access the Golden Eagle Mart during the first period from 8:00-8:45. To do this, you can ask a teacher or staff member to go to it, which is located in the media center. If you choose to remain anonymous, you can find a staff member who will email the school for you and obtain whatever items you may need.
Why is This Important?
The Golden Eagle Mart gives students and staff at Central Regional a chance to give back to its community and provide students with the necessities they need. A student’s ability to learn doesn’t just end at school, their comfort outside of the classroom also plays a huge role. To provide said comfort, the Golden Eagle Mart serves as a means of lessening whatever problem a student may be facing, whether it be a lack of food at home or even needing clean clothes to wear.
