Mr. Julian Booth is an Algebra 1 teacher here at Central Regional High School.
Mr. Booth loves to talk, and can always make a conversation out of nothing. Everyday he enjoys his job, even when there are ups and downs; he just wants to help the students. His goal is to help kids understand math, and help them become confident in themselves.
Some students have said he is funny, easy to talk to, inclusive, and supportive. People have said they love his sarcasm and the conversations they have with him.
Mr. Booth wanted to be a math teacher because it was always something he felt he was good at and enjoyed doing. His sophomore year math teacher was his inspiration. Booth described him as, “one of the nicest, greatest teachers I’ve ever had. He really made me want to be a math teacher, just overall amazing guy.”
Before Mr. Booth decided to be a teacher he had two other options: being an engineer or being an actuary. He ended up realizing that teaching math was the only right choice for him.
