JV Softball Defeats Lacey in Tournament
The JV softball team took on Lacey on May 20 in the second round of the SCSOA’s JV tournament, winning 4-3 with a walk off RBI by Angie Matthews.
The Golden Eagles were down 3 in the top of the 4th but the eagles scored 3 right back. Ava Snover started them off with a hit to right, then Izzy Flora same hit, then Angie with a 2RBI double to center.
Izzy Flora had 10 strikeouts to secure the win. Alex Dalicardillo, Samantha Krill, Alanna Rudnick, and Bre Ottomanelli who all hit well for the Eagles.
