Carly Santucci and Nick Firetto are the November Seniors of the Month.

Carly S. Santucci

Carly Santucci has been a strong leader both in and outside the classroom.  Her diligence in honor and AP courses resulted in long list of academic accomplishments.  Her GPA of 101.1 ranked in top 10% of the class.  She received High Honor Roll and an Academic Letter all four years.  She was inducted into the Math, Science, English, and National Honor Societies.  She received the Scholar Athlete Certificate every season of participation.  She won $2000 for a documentary through the CRHS Television Production Course in 2017, and she won another $1000 for NJ Natural Gas Conservation video in 2018.

Carly is equally dedicated to extracurricular activities and services.  She has been a four year varsity player for Field Hockey.  She served as Captain since junior year, and was the Coaches Award recipient.  She played varsity lacrosse last year and softball as a sophomore.  She was elected as a Class Officer since ninth grade serving as Vice President and currently President for Class of 2020.  She was a Student Ambassador and participated in Interact Club, Key Club, and the Yearbook Committee.  Carly volunteered with Peer Tutoring, Berkeley Recreation special needs basketball, events through Berkeley schools, Ele-Friends Summer Learning, and Berkeley Softball.  She has worked as a babysitter and teacher assistant at Tree House ChildCare.

Carly intends to pursue a degree in nursing and play field hockey at William Paterson University.

Nick Firetto

Nick Firetto is bright, personable, and a natural leader.  As a result of his hard work, he earned High Honor Roll recognition and ranked in top 10% of the class.  Nick received an Academic Letter and was inducted into Math and History Honor Societies.  He was also inducted into the National Honor Society for academic achievements and involvement in school and community.  He received a Scholar Athlete Certificate every season of play for cross-country, basketball, and baseball.  

Nick is very well-rounded.  He was a varsity member and standout for cross-country and basketball.  His determination and commitment was evident in his running and hustle on the court.   His favorite sport was baseball, and he was recognized as the Defensive Player of the Year.  Nick has been a part of Class Council throughout high school, and he was elected Secretary for the Class of 2020.  He was a member of Key Club and Autism Awareness Club.  He was an altar server for 8 years with the St. Barnabas parish.  He works during the summer numerous hours at Donut Plus Bake Shoppe.  

Nick would like to pursue a Business Degree in Sports Marketing.  Nick will be highly successful in whatever he plans on pursuing in the future.
